By accessing or using InterviewCoach AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InterviewCoach AI is an AI-powered mock interview platform for technology professionals. The Service provides simulated behavioral interviews and automated feedback reports. All feedback is generated by an AI system and is intended for practice purposes only. It does not guarantee any employment outcome.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Free and Paid Plans
The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of sessions and a paid Pro plan with unlimited access. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (c) share your account with others; (d) use the Service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or misleading.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of the Service are the property of InterviewCoach AI. Your interview transcripts and feedback reports belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI feedback will be accurate. Use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewCoach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
